A New Beginning

Well, as my first post I'm going to start off with my starting weight and goal weight and also a starting picture.  Posting this picture isn't something that I look forward to doing because it forces me to look at myself and see the things that I try to ignore, and it also allows other people to see, but I think this may be the incentive I need to carry through with my goal.

Starting weight: 160 lbs.
Goal weight: 130 lbs.

  1. Super Hot Tenny! I hope this is a private blog, for crying out loud! I am with you, my starting weight is 162 and my goal weight is low 140s. 20 lbs!! I lost 8 lbs this month due to what I call surgery sickness, hee hee. I couldn't eat for like five days, not a healthy way to lose. my stomach was killing me from starvation! My goal is to cut down on carbs, eat healthy fat and start walking, working into running again. best wishes for getting into healthy shape during the holidays! I personally think 130 is to low for you!
